Passive video adapter that allows to send the signal of up to four video cameras by a single cable of type category 5 like which they are used is the data networks of the computers. The adapter has 4 connectors bnc in an end, to connect the cameras or the exit of video and a connector rj45 in the other for the connection of the network cable. Additionally also clema of 8 contacts includes one in case it is wanted to directly connect cables of data without connector. The maximum length between the end that are connected to the camera and the end that is connected when coming out of video is of 200 meters for signals with adapters liabilities and up to 600 meters with active adapters. It is possible to use an individual adapter of 4 cameras in an end and adapters like the S180405 in the other ends for a greater flexibility of the wiring. The adapters must be used always with cables of twisted pair, being able even to use the 2 pairs that are free in the Ethernet cables that are used in the networks of computers. This means that by the same cable of networking of our computer the signal to video of up to 2 cameras can be sent in addition, which enormously facilitates the wiring in buildings and offices that already count on this type of infrastructure.
