The S180440 is a pair of active video adapters to cable UTP that allows to send the signal of a video camera or a channel of data by a single pair of a cable type category 5 like which they are used is the data networks of the computers. The maximum length between the end that are connected to the camera and the end that is connected when coming out of video is of 1800 meters for signals in color. One of the adapters acts like transmitter, whereas the other works as receiving and they cannot interchange. When being active adapters, they need feeding 12V in both ends.
